Returns
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be free from any damage, stains, or odors.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Undergarments, sports bras, or similar intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, package your item securely and ship it to:

South Africa - Provide Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability:
- Follow the same return process to send back the original item.
- Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred item.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@veloraactive.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Exceptions & Disputes
- Refunds may be declined if the returned item does not meet our return criteria.
